Think positive and weed out all those junky negative thoughts… That is the way to be happy and healthy!
“An idle man's mind is the devil's workshop,” goes the most popular adage. In today's fast food world with new age diseases plaguing our society, we have this nonchalant attitude towards what is going into our stomach; we are satisfied as long as it is filled. On the other hand, we also never bother about what is going into our mind, as long as it is occupied! Have we taken our mind and body for granted? Are we not responsible for our own healthy living? Feeding the right food to your mind is as important as feeding the right food to your stomach. Wikipedia defines junk food as a 'derisive slang term for food that is of little nutritional value and often high in fat, sugar, salt and calories'. Doesn't this definition go for the food we feed our mind too?
