Manxman singles out former team-mate as favourite to collect the spoils on the Isle of Man.
Manxman Peter Kennaugh has tipped former team-mate Ben Swift to win the National Championships on the Isle of Man later this month.
Kennaugh is the most successful male rider at the National Championship road race in history, having won the race twice and finished on the podium a further four times. Yet it’s Swift, who he rode with at Team Sky until Swift moved to UAE Emirates at the start of this season, who Kennaugh believes will be the favourite to win the British jersey on June 25.
