KIERAN Tierney last week signed for Arsenal on a long-term deal, having come through the ranks of Celtic’s Youth Academy and becoming an integral part of the historic Treble Treble success the club has enjoyed.

Farewell To KT

Since making his debut on April 22, 2015, coming on as an 81st-minute substitute for Emilio Izaguirre in a league game against Dundee at Dens Park, Tierney has gone on to make 170 appearances for the Hoops, scoring nine goals.

The 22-year-old, who could be found sitting alongside his fellow Celtic fans cheering on the team whenever he wasn’t playing, has now taken the next step in his career, joining English Premier League side, Arsenal.

He goes to the London club with the best wishes of everyone at the club, and with thanks from the Celtic View for all his help with the magazine over the past few seasons.
