The Yard offers up a different kind of exercise routine.
THE PlACE
The Yard isn’t a gym. It’s not exactly a fitness club either. It is a multi-specialist, Olympic standard sporting facility, offering an array of acrobatic classes and activities including Gymnastics, Parkour, Trampolining and Personal Fitness Conditioning for all ages and abilities.
The original space is at Science Centre Road, next to the Jurong Country Club. It occupies 22,000 square feet of space, and can accommodate up to 150 people in it at once, making it the largest facility of its kind in Singapore.
A smaller branch was recently opened at the Dempsey Cluster, with a focus on children’s activities. However, the recently renovated main studio is where the bulk of the activities for adults takes place.
Founded by former professional gymnast Rosanna Trigg, The Yard is an extension of her passion for fitness.
