Back in the Hunt

After a short-lived tenure at Kaizer Chiefs and an even shorter spell at Chippa United, Gavin Hunt returned home to SuperSport United and has rediscovered his Midas touch.

Gavin was only at Amakhosi from 2020 to 2021, and in football, some things work, and some things don't.

Chiefs is a very big club and it's a complicated beast. Coaching at Naturena can never be the same as any other clubs with multiple different factors at play and the pressure for results constant. You can win five games in a row and lose the sixth and feel under pressure.

Gavin likes a simple environment in which to work and what I would say is that certain teams are made for certain coaches. SuperSport United appears to fit Gavin like a hand in a glove.
