Spring is the time of year when a lot of folk want rabbits controlled, especially on farms. This can often mean we are up against it, especially when you consider vegetation will soon make the hedge bottoms thicker than what would be preferred for ferreting. However, it is also the time of year when game shooting has come to an end which means we can freely use shotguns to shoot over ferrets.
