Forza Horizon 3
Official Xbox Magazine|Christmas 2016

Welcome to the fun down under.

Paul Taylor
Forza Horizon 3

Playground Games’ playful spin-off from the more serious Forza Motorsport series has twice acted as a colorful companion, an open-world racer that borrows the tech of its bigger brother for an offbeat and compelling bit of fun. Now, it threatens to completely topple Turn 10’s sim as the go-to game to show off what your Xbox can do. Forza Horizon 3 is fast, exciting, big, and easily the most joyous racing game you can get on Xbox One right now.

Forza Horizon 3 gets its claws in early, too, and there has never been a game more about you. In Forza Horizon 2 you were a visitor to the Horizon festival, out to prove that you were the greatest racer in the Mediterranean. Now, however, you’re in charge of the whole show in its brand new location, Australia. As festival boss, you get to decide where it goes, what events to hold, and how it’s going to progress. Of course, rather than deal with boring spreadsheets and strategy meetings, most of your decisions are instead made while flinging yourself sideways at hundreds of miles per hour. Sounds like the best job ever.
