The base is thin and flat, saving much space on the desk. The stand offers a pill-shaped slot for cable management. The stand provides height adjustment of up to 130 mm. The unit can be tilted by -5 to 21 degrees, swivelled by -20 to +20 degrees, and pivoted by -90 to +90 degrees. This makes the ports easily accessible even in cramped spaces. The monitor has physical buttons at the base for on-screen menu control, and the bezel and body have a matte finish to provide a premium look. Connectivity options include one USB Type-C with 65W power delivery, one HDMI 2.1, one Display Port 1.4, and two USB 3.0 ports along with a 3.5mm audio jack. The monitor supports 7.5 x 7.5 cm VESA mount. It does not offer built-in speakers.This monitor is predominantly designed for gaming, and provides up to 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. The monitor supports AMD Freesync Premium for better synchronisation of input and output when connected to devices with compatible AMD graphic cards. The panel is capable of 10-bit colour reproduction and boasts T&Uuml;V Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker-free display. You get Standard, Movie, Picture, Web, and Game preset modes with the Game mode offering sub-modes such as MOBA, FPS, RTS and RPG. Gaming is smooth and glitch-free on this monitor. We did not notice any screen tearing or other anomalies with fast-paced games.<img height="536" src="https://cdn.magzter.com/1438660720/1672899445/articles/i3_fNgRuC1672994720840/7737779202.jpg" width="389" />According to OnePlus, the monitor is capable of reproducing up to 95 percent of DCI-P3 colour gamut, but our tests returned practical values of 70.3 percent DCI-P3, 68.4 percent Adobe RGB, and 99.3 percent sRGB. The monitor does not seem to have a built-in ICM profile and hence it applies the calibration settings on your connected device. We found the colours to be perfect with Windows system, though the native factory default brightness and contrast seemed too high and blacks lacking in depth. However, you can change these settings easily from the menu. If you use the monitor for entertainment and plug in a TV stick or similar device that does not have its own colour profile, you can see the colours deviating quite a lot. Surprisingly, switching on the HDR mode alters the colours in addition to the dynamic range and makes it closer to desired levels.
