Assembling the bike is trouble-free with a nice how-to video on YouTube explaining everything well. Once Assembled, the bike weighs 31kg including a 6.5kg flywheel and measures 1000 x 510 x 1165mm. The bike has two raised wheels at the front, which allows you to move it across the room by lifting the back. The bike supports users as heavy as 120kg and as tall as 192cm. The equipment looks stylish with the body finished in black with orange trims and white lettering, and the construction appears sturdy. The company claims that it has been designed in Germany, but we have found similarly designed models with superficial changes on Amazon, which suggests that it was not designed exclusively for Flexnest. Nevertheless, the design and finish feel premium. The handle height, seat height, seat position and resistance of the flywheel can be adjusted. The device includes a tablet holder, which can accommodate a phone or tablet of up to 11 inches.</p>

<p id="4">The Flexnest Flexbike uses a connected app to monitor your stats, deliver personalised video lessons, connect with the community and more. In fact, all Flexnest products use the same app, bringing all home workouts under the same platform. The app is available on both iOS and Android platforms and shares data with Apple Health, Fitbit and other compatible apps. Flexnest gives you 12 months of complimentary access to the app, after which, you can extend the subscription. The company says it has not finalised the subscription charges, but we learned that it could be around ₹500 per month. The App provides access to various guided video sessions suited for novice, intermediate and advanced users. The sessions are detailed and well-explained with music to help you keep up the rhythm. It also provides access to more than 100 virtual rides, which take you through various types of terrains across the world. You can ride through the streets of Paris one day and through the wooded parks of Spain the next day. Don&rsquo;t forget to keep your headphones connected so that you can enjoy the music of nature while you ride on. The bike measures your cadence (RPM), speed, time of ride, distance and calories (kcal) burnt. The bike connects with your device once you start pedalling and disconnects after your workout is over so that someone else can use it, making it ideal for families. However, I found the app stopping abruptly on several occasions, and when restarted, the calorie count resetting to zero. This is extremely demotivating while working out with calories as your goal.</p>

<p id="2">The bike was near-silent in operation and stable even at the highest speeds I managed to achieve (which, I wouldn&rsquo;t call the fastest possible, though). The handle facilitates multiple riding positions. However, we felt the seat a little uncomfortable while training rigorously. Flexnest mentions that the products are manufactured in different countries. We received a review unit that was assembled in China.</p>
