Follow this week of menus to kick-start your healthy eating resolutions
When starting a new healthy eating regimen, planning is key until you get into the habit of making healthy choices when shopping and cooking. Choose a day every week to plan your meals for the week ahead. This will allow you to make a shopping list that contains only the foods you’ll need. Make sure you stick to this list when shopping and don’t put any ‘treats’ into your trolley!
It’s important to include protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates in your meals as they all have vital roles to play for both your health and weight-loss goals. The key is to look at how much of each of these macronutrients you are including in your meals as well as the quality of the food.
