State officials have confirmed the bizarre birth as true after a video made the rounds on social media after being posted by surprised relatives.The footage shows the baby with two heads crying just after being born as it is being held by medics.PLAN FORWARD Authorities in Chihuahua have refused to go into detail about the rare case that they have witnessed, only confirming that the mother, who has not been identified, is stable. The baby has also been kept in hospital for observation.Doctors are said to be looking at a plan going forward for what could be done for the baby to lead a normal life. It is reported that the baby is male but it is not known if the case was picked up on scans or if the parents knew beforehand that there would be some complications.
