KWAITO star, Mshoza, is determined to start life with her newman, Thuthukani Mvula. It seems that even Thuthukani’s wife, Duduzile, won’t stand in the way of Mshoza’s happiness. This is after Mshoza found herself embroiled in a battle with Thuthukani’s legal wife who is allegedly refusing to sign divorce papers until her husband agrees to give her 50 percent of his assets. Thuthukani and Duduzile are married in community of property even though they have been separated for seven years.

ILLEGAL MARRIAGE

Duduzile claims that her husband did not consult her before getting married to Mshoza, real name Nomasonto Mnisi. She told a weekend publication that she does not know Mshoza personally because her husband did not give her a chance to meet her.

“I would agree if he wanted to take a second wife and if it was not Mshoza. Based on all the things I have read about Mshoza in the newspapers, I can’t agree to that. He must just divorce me,” Duduzile was quoted as saying.

MSHOZA NOT FAZED

Although Duduzile is adamant that her husband and Mshoza’s marriage is illegal, the Kwaito star is not bothered by all the drama. She tellsMove! that Duduzile hates her based on media reports. “I’m not bothered by what she thinks about me.

I don’t want to get involved as I have given my husband the opportunity to deal with the divorce legally. This was never meant to be a polygamous marriage. The divorce process has started and once it is done, my husband and I will carry on with our dream wedding,” Mshoza explains.
