Fans and colleagues remember the former Yizo Yizo star
WHEN South Africans woke up to news that actor, Christopher Kubheka, had committed suicide, many could not believe the news. The 48-year-old’s lifeless body was found by his wife at their home in Soshanguve, north of Pretoria, after she came back from work. Police revealed that the actor was found hanging from a burglar door in his home. Although the police do not suspect any foul play, an inquest docket has been opened, and at the time of going to print, the family was waiting for the postmortem results.
A MAN EVERYONE LOVED TO HATE
Christopher was the face of toughness and his mean look was perhaps his greatest asset. After all, he was called Gunman, a name he got after excellently playing the role of Gunman, a blood-thirsty gunwielding youth in the SABC drama, Yizo Yizo.
