Actor says he was wrongfully arrested and vows he’s not going to let this go
ACTOR, Tumisho Masha (42), has found his private life in the limelight yet again. This after he spent a day in jail for apparently violating a court order that barred him from travelling with his daughter outside of Gauteng.
VIOLATING COURT ORDER
Tumisho was arrested in Polokwane, Limpopo, and detained for 13 hours for allegedly violating a court order, which prevented him from travelling with his daughter outside of Gauteng without his ex-wife’s consent. When Move! contacted Tumisho, he said he was wrongfully arrested.
“I was in Polokwane attending a family wedding when the police came to take my child because of a court order that said I needed permission to take my child out of Gauteng. I was not aware of any court order, but I co-operated with them nonetheless,” says Tumisho, adding what happened next surprised him.
