Workers Face More Job Cuts

MORE businesses are closing shop in South Africa, leaving many without jobs. Just when the country was still digesting the news that General Motors SA was closing shop and more than half of their staff may be unemployed, retail store Stuttafords has also poured salt to the wound by announcing that they are also closing shop after 159 years of operation.

EMPLOYEES LEFT TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES

The South African economy has been growing at a snail’s pace and thus not creating much-needed jobs.
