Football and Film’s Strong Man Says Goodbye to His Girl
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels actor Vinnie Jones is mourning the loss of his wife of 25 years.
Tanya Jones passed away on July 6 after a long battle with cancer and heart disease. The former footballer was at her bedside in their Los Angeles home when she died.
Vinnie (54) described Tanya as his childhood sweetheart, having met her at age 12, and called her “the most incredible person”.
In a 2017 interview, he said, “I think we’re the perfect match and I was lucky to find it.”
The pair married in 1994 and have a son, Aaron (27). She also had a daughter, Kaley Terry (32), from a previous relationship.
