THE UN RECOMMENDS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GENDER-SENSITIVE RECRUITMENT PRACTICES. AS AN EMPLOYER MAKE SURE YOU DON’T DISCRIMINATE AMONG YOUR MALE AND FEMALE EMPLOYEES IN TERMS OF PAY EITHER.

I work in an organisation where the women call the shots. Right from our CEO to several heads of departments, our ladies work just as well as our men and sometimes even better! I know we live in the 21st century and this should probably be nothing to boast about but looking around I still see that we live in a bit of an archaic society where patriarchy is still rules. They don’t call it the ‘boy’s club’ for nothing, do they?
