1 WHAT MATTERS TO YOU MOST?

‘Lots of negative emotions associated with money, like embarrassment, shame and guilt, can come from pressure we put on ourselves to keep up with the Joneses, but rather than competing to impress others, consider what really matters to you most and be grateful for what you already have,’ advises Kim. ‘You may find jotting down a few things a day that you’re most grateful for, whether that’s the weather or a text from a friend, gives you something positive to focus on, rather than the negatives.’
