Our bodies are electricity and chemicals in a structure, and we can decide to feel better. Most people try to change things outside to feel better inside, but feeling good is an inside job.

You’ve probably heard of feel-good chemicals such as dopamine and serotonin, and stress chemicals such as cortisol. The names aren’t important, the key is to realise you can choose to produce these.
