As her bitter divorce battle with Brad Pitt drags on, a terrified Angelina Jolie has seen the writing on the wall and desperately gone into damage-control mode, realising she’s in danger of losing not just custody of her children, but her career as well.

We’re told the fragile Oscar winning actress, 43, has hired a “reputation guru” to improve her tarnished image, which has taken yet another beating after she publicly accused her estranged husband of being a deadbeat dad earlier this month, despite the millions he’s forked out in child support.

“Ange knows how badly her profile has been affected, especially over the past couple of weeks,” a well-placed insider reveals, speaking exclusively to Woman’s Day. “Even close pals have started to turn their backs on her and she’s convinced she is losing out on roles because she’s become a hate figure. She even overheard one well-known producer calling her ‘the wicked witch of Hollywood’.

“Ange has hit rock bottom. She’s realised that her legal team’s tactics aren’t working and are in fact turning everyone against her. She feels extremely lonely and isolated, and knows that if she doesn’t go about fixing her profile soon, she could be left with no career at the end of this divorce battle.”
