He’s clucky and she’s so over it!

He looked dashing in his tuxedo – and she made heads swivel in a dramatic, carpet- grazing gown. Yes, George and Amal Clooney were every bit the glamour couple as they basked in the limelight at the annual Met Gala in New York last week.

It was their first appearance on the red carpet for six months and the A-listers were all smiles as George joked with reporters that they were hiding 11-month-old twins Alexander and Ella under Amal’s voluminous skirts!

But inside the event, as the champagne flowed freely and George, 57, gushed about how much he loved fatherhood, onlookers couldn’t help but notice Amal’s thin-lipped grimace.

“George was talking about how broody he is and that he can’t wait for baby number three,” dishes a guest at the swanky do. “In fact, he said he wanted four and joked about getting himself a granny flat, so he could escape the madness when he was pushing 60 with four toddlers running around. Amal stayed silent the entire time, apart from giving him a few glances. She looked incredibly uncomfortable.”

Another source close to the Clooneys tells Woman’s Day that in recent weeks, Amal, 40, has become increasingly annoyed with the Money Monster star.
