What is Face Yoga?
Human beings’ eternal quest for the fountain of youth is a very costly business, it looks like. As per Orbis Research report on Global Anti Ageing Market, the $250 billion global anti-aging market in 2016 is expected to reach $331.41 billion by 2021.
Face Yoga, is a natural way to make one’s face look younger by toning the facial muscles. It is hailed as a non-invasive alternative to surgery and Botox. Reportedly, many noted personnel, including Meghan Markle – the latest entrant into the Royal Family in Britain – are huge fans of Face Yoga.
Seema Sondhi, founder of The Yoga Studio, New Delhi, says, “There are approximately 52 muscles in your face, and exercising them helps release facial tension, neck and eye strain”.
