With a little care and understanding.
Over the years there have been multiple studies that corroborate the fact that women the world over are leading immensely stressful lives with the Nielsen’s survey bringing the focus homewards when it stated that Indian women accounted for the world’s most stressed women. The only way to reduce a woman’s stress is when her man steps in.
Women don’t want men to strut around in stilettos to show their empathy for what a woman goes through on a daily basis. Here is what men can do to reduce their women’s stress.
Make her feel good
Women feel elated when complimented and crushed when criticised which shows that others’ opinions matter to women and most of all what her man thinks about her. Women tend to come down very hard upon themselves when it comes to family and feel guilty for little things – for instance if she cannot be home to help her child with homework or is unable to pay her ailing parents a visit. By not holding her responsible for faults that are beyond her control men can alleviate her guilt and cut stressors.
