Well, sort of. I’m trying face yoga, and no needles or scalpels will be required! A combination of facial exercises, massage, acupressure and relaxation, face yoga is a favourite of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex – and now it’s been backed up by scientists in a new study by Northwestern University in Chicago, which has revealed it can knock two years off your face.
My teacher is world-leading face yoga expert Danielle Collins, who says if we exercise our bodies, why not our faces? With her fresh, line-free complexion, she’s a walking advert for it!
After a short questionnaire and a chat about what i hope to achieve from the session – a more relaxed and youth-defying face, please, and no frown lines – we start.
