Women Fitness India, talks about celebrity diets and fitness routines, do you follow any special diet? Your favorite cheat meals?
No, nothing special I just eat home cooked meals but there are certain things that I avoid like dairy, gluten and extreme sugar. As suggested by my dietician Dr Neomee Shah.
Also, I have never been a fan of junk food in my life so it’s nothing too difficult for me to avoid but there are certain things which are difficult to cut down so I eat them as my cheat meals - I have a sweet tooth so I love dark chocolate desserts, dark chocolates, Maggie and blue lays !!
My fitness routine involves working out atleast 5-6 times a week. I don’t like to skip workouts unless I am travelling or extremely busy. You need to understand one thing that whether you choose to skip a workout or be constant the result will show on your body and not on anyone else so if you understand this simple thing I don’t think you will ever skip a workout.
You post a lot of fitness routines on your feed, what comprises your fitness regime? Your favorite target areas?
That’s only because of my fans, the people who show love to my workout videos. I remember I received so many messages for my first video that I really thought even if a single person gets motivated through my videos I should post them.
