<p>With torpedo-shaped bodies and streamlined fins that retract when sprinting at speeds of up to 70kph, bluefin tuna don&rsquo;t hang around. They are supercharged with oxygen-rich red muscle and can raise their body temperature above that of the surrounding water, enabling them to swim faster for longer.&nbsp;</p>
