Lingerbread Cookie Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour (384 grams)
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cloves.
6 Tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg 1/2 cup unsulphured molasses (don't use blackstrap molasses)
2 tsp vanilla
Cookie Baking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
