As far as he can recall, he's been surrounded by dogs, this Bombay founder of Suved Lohia boy Hospitality - who comes from a dog-loving family. Growing up in a bungalow with its in-house kennel for two German Shepherd pets, Kim & Shera, to today, playing dad to four dogs in his spacious Western suburban apartment, equipped with a doggy pen, too, Saved will have it no other way. His parents and the house staff - much like family-wouldn't allow it if he even had the slightest inclination otherwise. A big do crazy, fun household, that's the Lohias.
For Suved, it's simple: "I can't live without them, and I want more!" He does want more dogs in the house, around him, but he's more than content with his brood who rule the roost and call the shots. All boys, all neutered, we're well-informed! "There's the Maltese, Badmaash; the French Bulldog, Magic; the Pitbull, Money and the Chihuahua, Patch," says Suved with a wide smile and goes on to tell us how they came to be his boys.
His mum wanted a dog, a small one, so a Maltese it was and Badmaash is very much like Suved was, back in the day, he laughs. He himself wanted a Frenchie, so Magic burst forth in all his glory. Money was a gift to him from actor, Sooraj Pancholi, and named so for the very direct reason that he would require a lot of money to be spent on his care, quipped Suved's dad. He definitely seeks a lot of Suved's time, is most fond of him, just being with him when he's home from work. Last but not least, the tiniest and feistiest, Patch came home because a friend could not keep him; and just at the right time, as a godsend for Suved who was going through a rough phase in his life then. A patch right on his heart, that's his little guy.
