For now, the prototype stands in the Natural Park of Collserola, on the outskirts of Barcelona, designed with the intention to generate energy and be self-sufficient in the cultivation of food to withstand such shortage crises.
The team hopes to see it replicated in both rural and urban areas globally, including building rooftops in the latter, making it a valuable step forward in the quest for zero-emission cities.
