LEAKED pictures of the forthcoming MG Cyberster have given us our best look so far at the Chinese-owned British brand's roadster, which is yet to make its full debut.
The front and rear shots of the red car (pictured, right) were filed with Chinese officials and have confirmed what the MG will look like when the covers come off, along with some important interior details.
The finished car takes its squared-off kamm tail from the Cyberster concept (below) that was first revealed in 2021. But while some elements from that Shanghai Motor Show car have been toned down for production - including the 'Magic Eye' headlights that opened when the concept was switched on, and the 'laser belt' LED strip down the car's flanks - the rear-end styling, including the funky arrow-shaped tail-lights, will make it into showrooms.
The leaked images also show that the road-going Cyberster boasts typical two-seater roadster proportions, despite the fact the new car doesn't feature a combustion engine in its long, low and sculpted nose, instead using a fully electric powertrain.
