You know when you put in around 7+ odd lakh for a motorcycle, you expect it to have a lot of useless gimmicks, be overstyled, and have an engine so powerful that it might send you to god before it sends you to your destination. However, this motorcycle is not quite that. Rather, it fell short on a lot of expectations I had from a 6 lakh on-road motorcycle. But all that skepticism was shoved inside me when I started riding it. It was like the person you thought was underwhelming until you went out with them for a date…
It is true that don’t judge a book by the cover or in this case the price point. So, I left that argument aside and I chose to do what I do best… Ride! And as I started to clock in the kilometers, my love for this vehicle kept increasing. But what makes this such an amazing motorcycle even when the world screams against its price point? Well, let me ask you this, when has Honda given an absolute dogs*it motorcycle to the Indians? Truth be told, I am glad it has a high price tag. But more on that later. Let me tell you on what ground I am telling you that it is a great motorcycle.
At first glance, you will find it as a fresh look. I am not a nerd, so I don’t really care what updates have happened over its previous avatar (in terms of looks, for now) and how it used to look. What I care about is how it looks now and how it feels, as a standalone product. So from the front, boy oh boy, it is a head turner. I mean I am not saying that just because I have turned my head (on multiple occasions), I am saying that because no matter where I went, it always turned heads.
