ABOUT THE CITY
Abu Dhabi, the capital of UAE and one of the richest cities in the world is a luxurious metropolis with a stylish amalgam of cultural monuments and modern megastructures. The capital city sits on an island in the Arabian Gulf and its primary economy is driven by oil exports and commerce which are reflected by towering skylines, larger-than-life shopping centres, beautiful rustic old towns, awe-inspiring attractions, ultra-luxury hotels and world-class events. It is the largest of the seven Emirates and has indelible experiences to offer business travellers and visitors. This modern Gulf oil city evolved from being a rustic fishing village into a megacity in just a few decades and is resplendent with a ubiquitous heritage tracing all the way back to 3000 B.C. Abu Dhabi has preserved and retained its distinct culture amidst all the opulence, glitz and glamour.
Business Traveller India presents a detailed story on the attractions, places to stay and events this glittering Emirati capital has to offer!
