Board approves the Split Equity Share into 10 Equity Shares of ₹1/-

Apollo Micro Systems Ltd. has received government's provisional allotment of land measuring 10118 Sq. Mts for setting up of Electronic industry on Out Right Sale (ORS) basis at TSIIC HARDWARE PARK PH-Il situated in Rangareddy, District, Telangana (near to Shamshabad International Airport, Hyderabad) by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (A Government of Telangana undertaking).
The Board of Directors of the company, has approved the SubDivision/ Split of 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of ₹10/- (Rupees Ten Only) fully paid up into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of ₹1/- (Rupee One Only) each fully paid up, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The record date for the sub-division of equity shares shall be decided by the Board. The board approved consequential alteration of the Capital Clause i.e., Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
