The Indian Food Service industry surely is on the path of transformation. With culinary innovations making the food services sector both cost and time efficient, more and more F&B stakeholders and consumers are warming up to this transformational journey. According to a media report in 2022, the HORECA industry (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) in India increased by 10 percent over the last few years to reach Rs. 275,512 crores in 2018-19 and is projected to grow by 6 percent reaching up to Rs. 341,877 crores within 202223. And with this growth trajectory, the industry is surely poised for exponential growth in years to come.
