JENNIFER GENTRY

For as long as she can remember, Jennifer Gentry has admired home design and architecture. “I just love being around properties,” she says. “And I like dealing with people and building a business.”
JENNIFER GENTRY

Originally from Northern California, she moved to Los Angeles about six years ago, got her license in 2018, and started working in real estate. After a period of training and introduction to the business followed by a temporary relocation abroad, she returned to Northern California and found her way back to real estate.

She has enjoyed growing her career since. “I was in a hyper-competitive market in LA, but many of the things I learned during my time there have helped me be more successful today.”

An established agent with an office in Red Bluff, she serves Tehama and Shasta counties, which are a few hours north of Sacramento. Recently, she hired a transaction coordinator to allow more time for her to scale her business. She has generated more than $9 million in volume in the past three years, eclipsing $4 million in 2021. She estimates that 30% to 40% of her business comes from repeat clients or personal referrals. Many of her clients find her online and select her based on testimonials.
