In a 2020 house fire, he fell through the second floor and was on leave for four months. It was during this time he decided to get licensed, and now more than three years later, he’s only looking ahead.
Working as an agent at small boutique brokerage Crossroads Realty, Zack typically serves Edgar and Clark counties yet will go wherever his clients need him to go. “I’m a little different than most agents,” he explains. “I do this part time, but I still go everywhere.” Because of his willingness to go above and beyond, it is easy to see why the majority of Zack’s business is repeat and referral. “Most of mine is word of mouth,” he says.
