Movie manslaughter charge tossed out

AFTER narrowly dodging manslaughter charges and a possible stint in the slammer, bitter Alec Baldwin is plotting ugly revenge against the haters who tried to bring him down, insiders say.

On April 20, the 65-year-old star breathed a sigh of relief when he learned New Mexico authorities weren't going to charge him with involuntary manslaughter for his role in cinematographer Halyna Hutchins' gunshot death on the set of his Western film Rust in October 2021.

Baldwin had always insisted he never pulled the trigger and new evidence backed his claim by suggesting the sixshooter had been modified to fire without pulling it.
