SCREEN icon Robert De Niro once seemed like a Raging Bull raring to tie the knot with baby mama Tiffany Chen, but now spies say he's dragging his feet about becoming a groom at age 80.

The Godfather legend-divorced from Diahnne Abbott and Grace Hightower seemed keen to walk down the aisle a third time when Tiffany, 45, gave birth to their daughter, Gia Virginia, on April 6, according to sources, who say he's turned wishy-washy.
