ALREADY branded a mean girl for mocking contestants on American Idol, game show judge Katy Perry is now locked in a feud with a dying 83-year-old Army veteran, who’s accusing her of cruelly trying to kick him out of his home.

The heart-wrenching court battle exploded when Katy, 38, and her baby daddy, Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom, 46, plunked down $14.2 million for a magnificent eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion sitting in celeb-studded Montecito, Calif., in 2020.

Just weeks earlier, ailing Carl Westcott, who served in the Army’s famed 101st Airborne Division, moved into the 9,200-square-foot mansion sitting on nearly nine acres intending to spend “the rest of his life” there.
