Buddy charges frail CNN star was tortured before he died

THE bitter war over Larry King’s $12 million legacy has hit a horrific new low with charges the frail CNN talk host was tortured and treated cruelly by wife Shawn before his death!

Greg Christensen, a producer who worked on 1,300 episodes of CNN’s Larry King Live, claims in court papers he saw Shawn abuse the TV personality, who died at 87 of sepsis on Jan. 23, 2021. He is demanding the vengeful widow sever him from her lawsuit against an accounting firm hired by King’s oldest son, Larry Jr., who she alleges hid the newsman’s money from her.

Shawn accuses Christensen of looting $40,000 from King. But he says Shawn, 63, kept Larry isolated and trapped as a virtual prisoner in the back of their Beverly Hills home until he helped the talk legend “escape” by moving him into an apartment — at his own expense.
