The Irishman spied the large black mass rising from the depths before vanishing to avoid an oncoming boat. 

“I immediately knew when it first emerged and began to move that this is no large fish — fish do not have wakes,” says Eoin, who’s spent years hunting the elusive beast known as Nessie.
