STAR GUEST AT WEDDING TAYLOR SWIFT STOPS TRAFFIC AS FANS FLOCK TO CELEBRITY BASH

It may have been a celebrity-studded wedding featuring Hollywood stars, supermodels and musicians, but when Margaret Qualley – the actress daughter of Andie MacDowell – married music producer Jack Antonoff in Long Beach Island, New Jersey, last weekend, one name drew all of the attention: Taylor Swift.

The night before the nuptials, crowds of the singer’s fans gathered in the streets outside the Black Whale Bar & Fish House as the Cruel Summer hitmaker arrived for a rehearsal dinner, causing traffic chaos in the streets outside. Police were called to control the hundreds who had gathered, with social media full of videos of fans screaming in delight as they spotted their idol.

When the ceremony and reception were held the following day, at seaside restaurant Bird and Betty’s, Taylor, 33, chose to enter the wedding venue via the back door, to avoid attracting more attention.

Photographers later captured the newly single star – who recently split from British singer Matty Healy, following the end of her six-year romance with Kent-born actor Joe Alwyn – mingling with guests including Big Little Lies star Zoë Kravitz and her Magic Mike actor boyfriend Channing Tatum, plus supermodel Cara Delevingne, outside the venue.

Dressed in a baby blue Erdem corseted dress and heels, Taylor looked happy and relaxed as she raised a glass of wine to the happy couple. The superstar, currently in the middle of her sell-out Eras Tour, has worked with music producer Jack, 39 – who also fronts the band Bleachers – since 2012, including on her hit album 1989.
