Before filming bikini scenes for her most recent movie, Glass Onion, mom-of-three Kate, 44, didn’t do much prep except abstain from alcohol. That’s because she was already in great shape thanks to a mix of workouts, yoga, Pilates and Peloton rides, plus her secret slimdown weapon: intermittent fasting. She doesn’t eat for 14-16 hour stretches “to keep my weight down and boost my energy levels,” she’s revealed, calling the practice “my favorite thing.”
