Instead of movie premieres and red-carpet appearances, he's now facing life behind bars! Police charge McDowell shot and killed 20-yearold Cesar Peralta after a brawl in the parking lot of a Houston apartment complex on July 20.
Peralta was pronounced dead at the scene, while McDowell allegedly fled.
