Perry, 54, was found dead in a hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home on Oct. 28, with the acute effects of the anesthetic drug ketamine also called Special K by recreational users listed as the cause. Contributing factors included drowning, heart disease and the effects of the opioid-addiction drug buprenorphine.
Investigators are reportedly questioning "key" figures in Hollywood who are known drug users, trying to find out who might have supplied Perry the ketamine he was apparently using recreationally.
Perry was also undergoing ketamine infusions to fight anxiety and depression, and he had a treatment session about a week and a half before his death.
