The 55-year-old Oscar winner and her cameraman hubby, Danny Moder, 54, plunked down $8.3 million for a San Francisco townhouse in 2020, and sources snitch she’s lobbying him to agree to a full-time move far from Tinseltown.

“They’ve been spending a ton of time there,” tattles a tipster. “She loves San Francisco and never seems to want to leave!”
