THE venom of the deadly green mamba snake may be the key to a breakthrough treatment for the 1 million Americans who suffer from multiple sclerosis!

Scientists at University of California, San Francisco and Contineum Therapeutics have used the venom to develop an oral medication that could potentially reverse the damage caused by the devastating disease.

“This is the first of a new class of MS therapies,” states UCSF Professor Jonah Chan.
