Coleen reunites with ex Michael

Coleen Nolan set tongues wagging last week when she confessed on Loose Women that she is in a relationship again. The 58-year-old panellist proudly declared she’s “never been happier” as she opened up about how it’s taken her time to adjust to her new romance.

And while speculation has been rife as to the identity of her mystery new man, new can exclusively reveal that Coleen’s boyfriend is in fact her ex, Michael Jones, who she met on Tinder two years ago.

The pair went public with their relationship in January 2022, before calling time on things three months later. However, a source said that the couple “stayed close” following their split. Eyebrows were raised when Coleen and Michael reunited last December and reportedly spent Boxing Day together, albeit “platonically”.

Our source says, “They are just taking things slowly, not labelling it, and just seeing what happens.

“Coleen and Michael have been on and off since they broke up last year. In fact, you could say they didn’t completely call it off at all. They spoke to each other almost every other day but hadn’t put a label on it. They weren’t officially together as a couple but they were still in each other’s lives.

“Now Coleen has spoken out about her relationship on Loose [Women], it suggests she is ready to admit to herself, and others, that they are official again.
