Holly ‘knows she’ll be a bright light again soon’

Despite another dramatic week, Holly Willoughby is looking ahead to exciting work projects that give her a positive focus on the future

Holly Willoughby is desperate to “put queue-gate behind her” and is hoping the distraction of new work plans will help her move on from the drama.

According to a well-placed source, the 41-year-old is discussing several projects for 2023 after the success of her solo outings on The Games and Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof, and the excitement is keeping her mind off the negativity surrounding Holly and her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield.

Last week, This Morning suffered another blow when it was reported that a cosmetic doctor, who has appeared on the show alongside Holly and Phil, is being probed by a medical regulator over alleged misconduct.

And those close to Holly can’t help but think she is unfairly being targeted off the back of queue-gate, where she and Phillip were blasted for “jumping” ahead of the public to see the Queen lying in state.
