Rebekah Vardy is gearing up for her promotion back into the WAG Premier League after her Leicester City footballer hubby Jamie Vardy lifted The Championship trophy last week.
And after the glamorous mum-of-five discussed spending “seasons in the shadows”, a source tells new that she can’t wait to be back in the big league, as “Queen of the WAGs”.
“Becky was thrilled when Jamie’s team got promoted last week back to the Premiership and she feels they’re both back where they belong,” the source claims. “Jamie is still a top league player and she is still a top league WAG.
“This will be her big return to the WAG world and she wants to prove to all her critics that she is still the queen – she can’t wait to make the most of it all next season.”
They also claim Rebekah likes “the status of being married to a Premier League footballer” and wasn’t keen for it to stop any time soon. But with Jamie turning 37 on his most recent birthday, her days as an active WAG could be numbered, the source said.
